Medical Practices

How much time is spent in your practice looking for records, soothing conflict, dealing with crises?  What is that time worth?

How much of your own time is spent addressing these issues?  Would you like to get it back?

The following are a sampling of actual results Rodeo! clients have achieved since 2002...
Family Practice
Following two months work developing the executive team's leadership skills, the practice produced its best monthly revenue in 15 years, an increase of $50,000 monthly.
OB/GYN Practice
Reduced internal conflict between two "warring" divisions, reducing the time needed by management to deal with that conflict by 6 hours per week.  Not surprisingly, prodctivity skyrocketed and patient satisfaction jumped sharply up.
Hospitalist Practice
With the initial partner, developed a hiring and interview process for this two physician practice, allowing the principal to add 13 new physsicians to her staff within 15 months, all aligned with the original practice values and goals.

Rodeo! Basic Practice Fact Finding
For physicians and practices seeking to identify basic challenges and issues, our Fact Finding takes about two hours, can be done face-to-face or by phone/internet, is free (if no travel is involved) and provides a feedback report listing what we found during the discussion.

Rodeo! In Depth Practice Analysis (PPER)
If you are looking for a more serious analysis, that provides specific details on performance, interpersonal, and patient satisfaction issues with your practice, our Physician's Practice Evaluation and Report is for you.  The PPER includes on site interviews with physicians and staff, evaluation of all basic processes, an off-site Patient Discussion Focus Group, analysis of all this data, a detailed report of the results with recommendations on where to begin improvement.

Two to three days on site are needed for this process, and the report is usually ready to present to the practice or principal within a week.

How does it help?  The PPER report gives you hard data for planning improvements, education, skills training, leadership development, or whatever is necessary to move your practice to the next level - and it's reasonably priced with a solid opportunity for a good return on investment.
