How can we tell where we need work?
Are there criteria we can benchmark against that will really help us become world class? We need to target improvements, where's the best place to start?

DIALOG Whether it's cycling in our out of fashion, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award still has the best criteria for building corporate wide improvement systems anywhere. Where others, such as ISO, require extensive documentation and process design, the MBQNA evaluates the interconnection of the seven major components of organizational success against the stated values of the company. What's that mean? Simply put: "Are you doing the things that support your stated direction, and are you likely to get there?" Our DIALOG evaluation uses the MBNQA criteria to evaluate your company, from the inside. Using an online, secure evaluation instrument, data from across your company can be collected to put together a report detailing where your company is against the seven Baldrige areas. The report can serve as a starting point for targeted improvement, and can even be re-used periodically (if you choose) to check progress.
The areas evaluated are... You can choose who will participate in the study, from a sampling of front line and management staff up through the whole company, if desired. The data collection and analysis is extensive, and the resulting survey is easy to understand and informative. Please contact us if you would like more information about DIALOG. |
