Where can I find consultants who've actually worked a real job?
I don't want to be handed a solution, I want help developing one I know will work!
Are there consultants out there who know their stuff, but are fun too?

Tim Connor
Tim Connor is president of Rodeo! Group,
which he and his wife Barbara founded in
2002. Their goal was to provide a dif-

the business owner and executive dis-
cover a working answer to his or her
challenges. You'll find that while Rodeo!
offers  traditional consulting, most clients like
having an expert facilitator helping them to
formulate a solution that fits and that will last.

Tim has degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology and in Radiologic Technology.  His training and teaching skills were developed as the Program Director of a school of Radiography and as an educational coordinator in organizational development, developing and providing training for a total of twelve years.  He directed the Performance Improvement process at Munroe Regional Medical Center for nine years, and holds Master certifications in facilitation, process management, team building, total quality managmeent, and leadership.

Jonathan Connor

mentals of facilitation and performance
improvement.  His degree is in pre-law,

since 2003.  Jonathan has facilitated
product development teams, process
teams, and problem solving teams, and
is a very effective coach for professionals
and executives.  He is an Eagle Scout, and
has been in practical leadership roles in college, his church, and in Rodeo!
